Breeding better fiber through nutrition and management©
We at Alma Park believe that the industry will eventually concentrate
on fiber production. Because we believe this we are concentrating on
breeding our alpacas for the ultimate end product, FIBER. We
concentrate on all the fiber qualities necessary for a good product
such as: consistency, fineness, handle, and comfort factor.

UPDATE: Alma Park has officially moved!!  The new farm is located
about 12 miles west of Great Adventure (about 15 minutes from our
old farm).  We are pleased to now be in the middle of a farming
community and are in the process of building the new barns and yarn
store.  The pastures will be lush come spring and fiber will stay
cleaner!

The yarn store is expanding to a 1500 sq ft facility which included
room for classes, a fiber studio and dyeing room .

We plan to do a grand reopening in the spring and also have lots of
other great activities in the works for the coming year!  If you would
like to know first hand of all the happenings - sign up to be on our
mailing list or send us an email .
